    My party and I visited this TGI Friday during a weekend trip to Santa Rosa. Two members of our party did not receive their meals - EVER. The waitress continually said thay the kitchen had not put the food up and that the food would be out shortly. The food never arrived. No reason was given, no apology offered. So when we spoke to the manager, he said we sent the food back and that we had not waited an hour. I let him know that we had waited OVER am hour, and I had time stamps on pictures posted to Facebook to prove it. He then asked what I wanted him to do - comp the entire bill for my party? I was very taken aback. Was he insinuating that I felt entitled to a complimentary meal for my entire party because of my race? I never even asked for that. So when I asked him what he would want if he was the customer, he said he'd have taken the food and paid for (and basically ignored the poor service.) I then let him know that I hoped no one else had such a horrible experience at a restaurant and leave hungry. He ignored me and went back to work. I called the restaurant and asked for the number to corporate, Mark, the manager refused to come to the phone. So if you'd actually like to ordee, be serves, eat, and leave to make it to other places on your trip, you shouldn't stop to eat at this TGI Fridays.

    Was in a hurry and it was late. Friday's seemed like a great alternative. To speed things up, we sat in the bar. Service was good. Wasn't too crowded. Bar tables were a little small. Hostess and waitress were both very nice. I had the pecan crusted chicken salad. Sounded good, but the chicken was kinda lame. It was like it had been setting out for awhile. Not fresh. The steak was petite cute and boy was it petite. It was still juicy, however. Had a hard time getting my water glass refilled.

    Service was nice but really slow. Several times for way too long, my glass was empty and some in our table. The food was okay. I would suggest their 6oz steak. Their mashed potatoes were a bit too salty for me. The bleu cheese burger was wayyyyyy to greasy and salty as well. I think if they step back on the salt and grease just a notch, it would be a really delicious burger. Their fries are regular. We also had the potato skin appetizer and that was very delicious. Cheese, bacon, and potatoes. Yum - just something that you cant have everyday lol. All in all, the experience was okay. The food could be a bit better, but nothing too horrible either.

    I'm a regular here. Food is usually VERY good, service is always attentive, kind and very hospitable. Even on really really busy nights, food may take a bit longer, service is always great. I recall one night the fryer was so back up the manager came to our table to personally apologize and offer to comp our 2 appetizers and drinks. I would give this place a 5 star if it wasnt for my recent visit(sunday 2/1/15, around 1:30-2:00). The place was fairly empty, we were seated in the bar area and served by the bartender. She was great! Very sweet, fun and personable. We first has the pick 3 app consisting of Buffalo wings, potatoes skins and pot stickers. The portion of this was horribly small, we has maybe 4 buffalo wings on the entire plate. The potatoes skins tasted over cooked and dry. I Cant say this is how it always is because I come here often and have never ever experienced this. Afterwards I ordered the beer craft burger which was so God awfully dry... It was SO well down it was almost hard. Biggest disappointment because this is MY FAVORITE burger ever. I was really let down with my recent visit... Of course I would return to try this place again because the good visits I have had out way the bad.. But I would probably shoot for the 23rd street one.... Even if I do return I just hope next time isnt a disappointment.

    This place is absolutely horrible. I'm a local here and have always had a problem with going here. The servers always have an attitude, never friendly. The management is an absolute joke.

    We have been a few times and the place doesn't change. OK chain food with poor service is what we usually get. This last time we ordered a beer with our meal and the waiter asked if we wanted a large rather than a small since it was happy hour. We said sure. 15 minutes later he shows up with small beers. He said they were out of large glasses and he would just give us two glasses instead of the large. We get our bill and we had been charged for two small beers, not the happy hour large beer. We asked about it and were told "I told you we were out of large glasses". Just bad service. Doubt we will be back.

About TGI Friday

TGI Friday is a casual dining American restaurant chain founded in 1965. The term “TGI” is an acronym for Thank God It's and together the name of the restaurant is often announced as Thank God It's Friday. Over the years of its existence, the TV commercials and other advertisement streams have also twisted the phrase a bit and used it as Thank Goodness It's Friday. The restaurant serves alcoholic beverages primarily. However, they are also known for their low-carbohydrate and low-fat menu items to promote a healthy lifestyle.
